PART VIMaintenance and support
CHAPTER 17
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | What to do |
|---|---|
| I did not receive the activation PIN | Check spam and junk folders; use Resend activation PIN — the new code invalidates the previous one. Confirm the registration e-mail is correct |
| Equipment shows offline, but it is on | The status considers the last minute. Pull the list to refresh; check the equipment's Wi-Fi LED and the Diagnostics screen (Chapter 13) |
| Equipment offline after changing router or moving house | The network stored in the equipment has changed. Tap the card and use the Change network action — the wizard reconfigures the Wi-Fi |
| The setup wizard fails at the final step | It is almost always the Wi-Fi password. Try again checking the password, and confirm the network is 2.4 GHz |
| I can't calibrate / configure Wi-Fi / reset from the app | These actions require the phone on the same network as the equipment — it is protection, not a defect. Connect to your home Wi-Fi and try again |
| Push does not arrive | Check the app's notification permissions in the phone's system settings, and the equipment's channel in Notification Preferences |
| Telegram does not arrive | Confirm the link in your profile and the Telegram channel on the desired equipment. Redo the /start with the account's exact e-mail |
| Sharing says the user was not found | The guest needs to create their Aquarino account first, with the same e-mail you are entering |
| The app asks for a firmware update on the equipment | The equipment is below the supported minimum. Update it through the Local Manager and come back |
| The app asks for my biometrics all the time | It is the biometric lock interval in your profile — set a longer interval, or turn it off |
If it persists, export the session logs on the Diagnostics screen and send them to support along with a description of the problem.
