Troubleshooting

SymptomWhat to do
Alexa says the account is not linkedOpen the Alexa app, disable the Aquarino skill and enable it again — the authorisation process starts over (Chapter 4)
Linking does not complete, even with the right passwordConfirm that your Aquarino account is activated: without the activation PIN the authorisation is never completed. Check your inbox and the spam folder
No equipment appears in the listingThe skill only lists online equipment. Check the Aquarino Wi-Fi LED, the internet access and whether it appears normally in the app
One of my units disappeared from the listSame reason: that unit lost communication with the cloud. It comes back to the list on its own as soon as it reconnects
Alexa does not understand the outlet nameShort, pronounceable names work better. Rename it in the app, or use the number: "Ligar tomada três" (turn on outlet three)
Alexa does not understand the name of the equipmentSame thing — change it in System → Device Name, or call it by its position: "Aquarino dois" (Aquarino two)
The command is accepted, but the equipment does not reactCheck whether the system is in protected mode (closed padlock): with it active, the equipment ignores commands, wherever they come from
The rules stopped working after I used voiceCommanding an outlet puts the system in manual mode. Say "Modo automático" (automatic mode) to hand control back to the rules
I turned everything off by mistakeSay "Modo automático" (automatic mode) — the outlets go back to the behaviour configured on each one

If the problem persists, contact support (Chapter 13) with the equipment UUID and the exact command you said.
